To ensure that neither walkability nor pedaling ability are compromised, PEARL iZUMi has used the same technology as in the X-Project series. The one-piece upper shoe is made of durable synthetic leather, which provides a comfortable foot climate thanks to ventilation perforations. In addition, an L6 BOA closure distributes the pressure evenly on the instep. The additional toe protection prevents injuries from falling rocks and facilitates extended or steep climbing passages. A compact EVA element in the heel area provides noticeable vibration damping, reducing fatigue during long rides on rough roads.
