Our Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original Proof: Include your order number or packing slip
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and technical specifications, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cycling Underwear (hygiene reasons)
- Disc Brake Pads (safety components)
- Batteries & Chargers (hazardous materials)
- E-Bike Displays & Accessories (software licensing)
- Custom or Special Order Items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely and include all original documentation. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Insuring the package for its full value
- Retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we will inspect the item(s) within 3 business days and notify you of the approval status.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- International Returns: Customs/duties fees are not refundable
Exchange Process
For approved exchanges:
- We’ll ship the replacement item once the return is received
